Head Line Cook
As our Head Line Cook, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen — ensuring every plate of east coast wings that leaves the pass is cooked to perfection and served with pride. You'll work alongside our Executive Chef to maintain our signature standards, manage prep workflows, and inspire your station team.
- 2+ years line cook experience in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong multitasking under pressure
- Team leadership skills
Front-of-House Server
Our servers are the face of East coast wings and the reason our guests keep coming back. You'll deliver warm, knowledgeable service, guide guests through our menu of bold wings and coastal flavors, and create memorable dining moments from the moment guests walk in to the moment they leave happy.
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Assistant Restaurant Manager
The Assistant Manager role is a launchpad to running your own East coast wings location. You'll support the General Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect from east coast wings. This role offers a clear path to General Manager within 12–18 months.
- 2+ years restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling systems
- Passion for guest experience and team development
Delivery Driver
Be the last great impression our guests experience. Our Delivery Drivers ensure hot, fresh east coast wings arrive on time and with a smile. You'll represent our brand out in the community, making every drop-off a five-star experience that keeps our loyal customers ordering again and again.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help tell the East coast wings story across social media and digital channels. You'll craft engaging content, manage our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter presence, coordinate promotions, and analyze performance metrics. If you're passionate about food culture, coastal vibes, and creative storytelling, this role was made for you.
- 1+ years social media or marketing experience
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe suite, or similar tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics
